My husband and I love Craisins to snack on so we always have a large bag of them in the house. I noticed a yummy recipe for White Chocolate Oatmeal Craisin Cookies on the back of the Craisin package but immediately dismissed the idea because of all the steps and ingredients needed. I want something fast where I don’t need to measure each ingredient so I am always looking for an easier way and I found one for this recipe!
It only take me 5 minutes to prep! Who doesn’t LOVE that?
What you will need:
- Betty Crocker Prepackaged Oatmeal Cookie Mix
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup Craisins
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tablespoon water
Step one:
Place Oatmeal mix, egg, water, butter, white chocolate chips, and Craisins in mixing bowl. Mix!
Step Two:
Spoon out desired cookie dough amount onto baking sheet.
Step Three:
Bake for 10 minutes or until bottom of cookie has a golden crust.
ENJOY!
Those look like a combo of cookie and my fave trail mix from Trader Joes! Yum!!
