5 Minute: White Chocolate Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

Cookies

My husband and I love Craisins to snack on so we always have a large bag of them in the house. I noticed a yummy recipe for White Chocolate Oatmeal Craisin Cookies on the back of the Craisin package but immediately dismissed the idea because of all the steps and ingredients needed. I want something fast where I don’t need to measure each ingredient so I am always looking for an easier way and I found one for this recipe!

It only take me 5 minutes to prep! Who doesn’t LOVE that?

What you will need:

  1. Betty Crocker Prepackaged Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  2. 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
  3. 2/3 cup Craisins
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 stick butter
