Wind Damage

I usually don’t do post on the weekends but I wanted to post the damage that occurred Tuesday night from the Iowa storms we had blow through our new property. 

I haven’t really gotten the chance to post many photos of our new house and will give a full tour after we have moved in. Here is a look into Wind damage and how bad it can be.

Quonset House (Roof needs re-patched)

Electric panel ripped from post

Attic Vent/Fan cover ripped off

 

Broken Weather Window in Kitchen

Facets under roof entry to house

Large Door to Morton Building/Riding Arena

Barn (If you look to the top you can see the wind pushed in the framing)

Windows knocked out

Horse paddock in field ripped to shreds; the other part was across another field

Large Trees pulled apart

This tree is about 4 foot around… or it was

Privacy Fence & Shrub

Thank God again for only having minimum damage done to the property and very little to the house. I WILL be putting a tornado kit together when we move in…
